WLO 101 Water Lockout Waterproofing, Crack Prevention Membrane
Liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing polymer designed to cure into a tough waterproofing membrane. It is ready to use, quick drying, suitable for both commercial and residential applications. It prevents water intrusion both from interior and exterior. It is solvent free, LEED® and volatile organic compound (VOC) compliant. Easy to roll on, brush, trowel, and airless spray on, clean with water, excellent adhesion, cured membrane is resilient & elastomeric. Seal and isolate crack of 1/8” (3mm) wide. Cured film has high elongation strength & can withstand changes of dimensional stability of at least 25%. It contains anti-microbial protection which inhibits molds in damp environment. Meets Uniform Plumbing Code specification for use as bath and shower pan waterproofing liner.
